DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT:

The Amari Coral Beach project is located near by Phatong beach, phuket. The owner objected to develop the project in aspect of both infrastructure and hotel building, hence, the existing building and all infrastructures need to be measured survey. Amari appointed IEC to perform the measured survey (Building and Topographic Survey)

SCOPE OF SERVICES:

The building and topographic survey of project were carried out. The plan, section and elevation of building need to be survey. Location and approximate canopy spread of all existing trees was required to be surveyed. Services, manholes, inspection chambers etc. were located and their purpose identified, with invert levels and directions of flow indicated.
