DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT:

The project (Civil Construction of Bulk Substation Building) is subsystem of Construction of Mass Transit System Project in Bangkok (Red Line) Contract 3: E&M for Bang Sue – Rangsit Railway System.

SCOPE OF SERVICES:

Engineering Design scope includes the following:

• Performing preliminary design of architectural works and engineering works (including civil, structural, electrical, mechanical and sanitary works)
• Final design of architectural works of bulk substation building, transformers foundations, and infrastructure of the bulk substation
• Final design of structural and foundation works of the bulk substation building, transformer foundation, civil works including road, drainage system, cable trench structures including service road and drainage system
• Final design of HVAC system, pumping system, firefighting system, sanitary system and related mechanical works of the project
• Construction drawings, shop drawings, and As-built drawings

KEY FACTORS:

• Design of architectural works and structural and foundation works of the bulk substation building, transformer foundation, and infrastructure of the bulk substation.
