DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT:

Differential settlement of shallow foundation occurred even during construction period. Investigation the cause of failure and remedial design work was carried out to ensure that the structural shall be performed the proper design function. The work comprised of surveying the existing structural condition compared to drawing proposed by project owner, existing structural assessment, structural and geotechnical analysis, remedial work detailed design and value engineering.
