CP 7-Eleven intend to re-function the existing building from factory and warehouse to institute of technology, namely Panyapiwat institute of technology which is comprised of 4 building including training center, canteen, trade show building and convention center. International Engineering Consultants Co.,Ltd (IEC) as professional engineering consultants firm was responsible for engineering assessment work including structural, geotechnical and electrical and mechanical aspect.
