After complete the construction of Golden Legend Sathorn Project by Golden Land. The house owner found large eccentricity between foundation and column in all grid line (1.0m approx). International Engineering Consultants Co., Ltd as well-known engineering consultant firm was awarded to assess the existing structure and design the remedial work to ensure the structure will be functioned properly. The work consist of existing leveling survey, structure and foundation assessment,
